Maurine K. Kirby, 101, of Glasgow, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 17, 2021. She was born Maurine Maupin to Jesse and Wilhelmina (Martin) Maupin in Glasgow, Missouri on April 19, 1920. Maurine is the oldest of 6 siblings, two brothers and three sisters, all of whom preceded her in death. Maurine is survived by her three daughters, Pauline Frank, of Richmond, Missouri; Margie Admire, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri; and Roseannah Lackland, of Glasgow, Missouri; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Maurine was preceded in death by her husband of over 35 years, Harold Dean Kirby. The family plans to celebrate the life of Maurine in the Spring of this year, in Glasgow, Missouri.
