In 1939, she married Melvin Kivett and they worked as ammunition factory workers in the early stages of WWII. Florence’s laugh and love will be remembered by all who loved her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Melvin, son, Joseph, and a daughter, Marilee. She was also preceded in death by her siblings: Joseph Aholt, Marvin Aholt, Virginia (Aholt) Sellmeyer, Herbert Aholt, Leona (Aholt) Nordmeyer and Delbert Aholt.
