Anthony (Andy) Ray Terrill, was born October 26th, 1960 in Glasgow, Missouri to Herman and Isabell (Brown) Terrill. He was the eighth child out of ten children born to this union. Andy graduated from the Glasgow School System in 1979. After graduating he went on to work in a variety of fields, learning many skills along the way. Andy worked for Monnig Industries, Penny Plate, and Farmland Foods just to name a few. Andy could do just about anything and was undoubtedly a Jack of all trades!
Andy was an excellent cook and enjoyed playing dominoes! He also loved both basketball and football, especially cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. His true passion in life was his children, Morshauna, Holden and Makenzie. Andy’s greatest accomplishment happened this summer when he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior.
Andy was preceded in death by his father, Herman Terrill, two sisters, Mary Terrill and Teresa Jackson, and a nephew, Nicholas Terrill. Those left to cherish his memory are his children Morshauna Graves, Holden Graves and Makenzie Christian; mother, Isabell Terrill; sisters, Marcina, Sally, Crystal, Karen and Andrea; brothers, Phillip, Willam (Tammy), Alan (Delene), and Stacy (Ruthie); brother-in-law, Garry Jackson; best friend/brother, Anthony Minnis; grandchildren, Kamorionna, Jashawna, Lamika, Deniz, Zajanea, De’zarionna, Kamdyn, Kaidyn and Aariyah. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service celebration Andy’s life will be 11 AM, Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Friemonth-Freese Funeral Home in Glasgow, with Rev. Garry Jackson officiating. Visitation will be an hour before the service starting at 10 AM. Burial will follow the service at Roanoke Cemetery.
