Armund Palms 1922 - 2015 Armund Palms passed away March 6, 2015 at his home in Rochester, NY. He was 92 years of age. Armund was born October 24, 1922 in Wadena, Minnesota to August and Mary (Kieffer) Palms. Armund graduated from Salisbury High School and later graduated from University of Missouri with an engineering degree. After serving in WW II in the U.S. Air Force, Armund moved to Kansas City and then to Rochester, NY where he worked for General Motors Corp. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Bernard Palms of Tampa, FL, Maurice Palms of Independence, MO and Owen Palms of Austin, TX. Armund is survived by one sister, Sheila Sellmeyer and her husband, Herbert of Glasgow. A funeral mass will be 11 AM, Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at St. Mary Church with Father Alex Gabriel officiating. A visitation will be 10 to 10:45 AM prior to the mass at the Friemonth-Freese Funeral Chapel in Glasgow. Burial will be in Washington Cemetery.
