Brian Jacobson 1955 - 2016 Brian Jacobson passed away at his home in rural Fayette March 3, 2016. He was 60 years of age. Brian "Jake" Richard Jacobson was born October 7, 1955 in St. Louis, MO to Richard and Mary (Reuteler) Jacobson. He graduated from McClure High School in 1973. Brian graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture and a Master's Degree in Agronomy. He married Dana Klausman June 13, 1981 in Spring, TX. The couple moved to a farm in Howard County in 1985. Brian had worked for the University of Missouri, ABC Laboratories and the last 20 years for Waterborne Environmental, Inc. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping. He also liked to read and travel. Brian is survived by his wife Dana, son, Andy of Champaign, IL and a daughter, Samantha (Brian) Wiemann of Lee's Summit, MO, his mother, Mary Jacobson of Visalia, CA, three sisters, Debbie (John) Meyer of St. Louis, Laura (Jeff) Botich of Corona, CA and Sharon (David) Calendar of Visalia, CA and 12 nieces and nephews. There will be a private, memorial graveside service March 13.
