Linda Lewis passed away at Glasgow Gardens in Glasgow, MO on July 12, 2017. She was 63 years of age. Linda Sue Lewis was born in Forest Green, MO. on July 12, 1954, the daughter of Alice Mae Lewis. Linda held jobs with the job corp. and the Shelter Workshop in Keytesville, MO. She was longtime member of First Baptist Church of Forest Green. She enjoyed playing cards and games, especially dominoes spinners. She is survived by a brother, Jerry Lewis of Higbee, MO; sister, Hazel Houston of Houston TX; Aunt, Helen White of Forest Green, MO; Uncle, Jerome White of Des Moines, IA; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy and Dale Lewis, and one sister, Vickie Lewis, and special grandparents, Bruce and Phoebe Lewis. A memorial service for Ms. Lewis will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Friemonth-Freese Funeral Home in Glasgow, with Rev. Don White officiating. Visitation will take place an hour before the service. Memorial contributions are suggested to Lincoln Cemetery, in care of the funeral home.
