Fayette resident, Willie Hubbard, age 37, passed away suddenly at his home on August 28, 2023.
Willie Gravely Hubbard was born February 25, 1986, a son to the late Daniel Noth and Muriel Denise (Shields) Hubbard. Willie graduated from Fayette High School with the class of 2004. He furthered his education earning an Associate’s Degree from State Fair Community College. For years, Willie worked as a store manager for O’Reilly Auto Parts at the Fayette, Columbia, and Boonville locations. Willie was an outdoorsman through and through. Anytime he could spend outdoors, Willie was in his element. He enjoyed deer and mushroom hunting and especially loved taking his son on fishing trips. Family and friends will deeply miss him.
Survivors include his son, Daxtyn Hubbard; three daughters, Audrey Kuhne, Kaleigh, and Rileigh Smith; four siblings, Jeri (Tyrone) Turner, Julie (Marcus) Davis, Travis Noth, and Crystal Noth. Two Uncles, Delano Shields and Daryl Noth; and four aunts, Sheryl Schaefer, Dana Hamilton, Diane Day, and Linda Beisly. A host of nieces and nephews, as well as one Great Nephew. In addition to his parents, Willie was preceded in death by his twin sons, Steven and Samuel, along with maternal and paternal grandparents, as well as one Uncle, Daryl Shields.
Visitation will be from 5-7 PM, Friday, September 1, 2023, at Friemonth-Freese Funeral Home in Fayette. Funeral services will honor Willie’s life at 10 AM, Saturday, September 2, 2023, at Boonesboro Christian Church. Interment will follow services at Boonesboro Cemetery.
